Join us for First Friday Art Walk from 5pm-7pm to see the works of Kenneth JohnsonAbout the Artist Kenneth has lived and worked in Ellensburg since moving here fourteen years ago. He is, for the most part, self taught. Kenneth has worked in various medias throughout the years but his main focus currently is photography. The work currently featured at Catalyst is from a few years back and focuses on collages. Collage has always interested Kenneth, especially the idea of bringing together disparate images to coalesce through a narrative. He hopes to fire up your imagination to explain what has been presented to you. If you would like to see Kenneth's work come to First Friday Art Walk from 5-7 or stop by Catalyst during regular business hours.

It's National Small Business Week so it's time to celebrate the entrepreneurs and innovators that make your community great! The SBAThe Small Business Administration was founded in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government, to “aid, counsel, assist and protect, insofar as is possible, the interests of small business concerns”. By 1954 the SBA had begun making business loans and guaranteeing bank loans to small businesses. In it's mission statement it states “The SBA helps Americans start, build and grow businesses. Through an extensive network field offices and partnerships with public and private organizations, the SBA delivers its services to people throughout the United States., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.” |
